3. Why we collect it

We collect your contact information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for processing under GDPR Article 6 is:

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) -to respond to your enquiry and explore whether Alcove may be relevant to your operations.

4. How we process your data

Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree stores your submission data on servers in the United States. For details on their data handling, refer to Formspree's privacy policy.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard server log data (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal hosting operations. Refer to Vercel's privacy policy for details.

5. Data retention

We retain your contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up correspondence. If we do not enter into an ongoing relationship, we will delete your data within 12 months of your submission.

• Formspree — for processing form submissions (data processor)
• Vercel -for website hosting (infrastructure provider)
